Privacy & cookies

Your privacy matters.

How we collect, use and protect your information, and the cookie choices you can make.

Who we are

This website is run by Cécilia, trading as Health C Fit, based in Bristol, UK. If you have any question about how your information is used, email health.c.fit@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you get in touch by email, phone or by booking a consultation, we collect what you choose to share with us, typically your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your goals. Please don’t send medical records or other sensitive health details through an initial enquiry; if that becomes relevant to your sessions, we’ll ask for it directly and explain how it’s used.

This website doesn’t run its own analytics or advertising cookies, so we don’t collect browsing data such as pages visited. Our hosting provider may keep standard connection and security logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running safely; we don’t use these for tracking.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own beyond one that remembers your cookie choice. The only optional cookie comes from Google, if you choose to show the live booking calendar on our booking page. You can accept or decline this in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

How we use your information

We use what you share to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation, and provide the training or nutrition guidance you’ve booked. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest when responding to an enquiry, and performance of a contract once you’ve booked or agreed a plan with us. If we ever wanted to use your details for anything else, such as a newsletter, we’d ask for your consent separately and clearly.

Sharing your information

If you book through our Google Calendar tool, we share your booking details with Google so it can schedule your appointment and send your Google Meet link. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

International transfers

Google may process data outside the UK. Where it does, Google relies on its own approved safeguards, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum, to protect your information. See Google’s own privacy policy for details.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we’re arranging or providing your sessions, and typically up to 24 months afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you become an ongoing client, we may need to keep basic contract and payment records for longer, to meet UK tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the rights below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure of your personal data, in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction of how we use your personal data, in certain circumstances.
  • Object to how we use your personal data, in certain circumstances.
  • Portability, asking us to transfer your data to you or another organisation, in certain circumstances.

To use any of these rights, email health.c.fit@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee it absolutely.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted here. Last updated 17 September 2026.
